There isn’t anything baked wise I would buy at Aldi, WD, or Publix. If we eat carbs, whole grain bread from TJ’s or their scones, which a loaf of bread or 4 scones lasts us 4-6 weeks.
We don’t eat much processed food. The sugar alone in Aldi bakery for one item is more than we would eat in a week.

I’ve seen you mention Disney in other posts, so I’m wondering how you avoid sugar and eat healthy at the Disney parks? I’ve tried with no luck.
