Best App for Podcasts
I am not an expert on podcasts, but I listen to them during my walks using a smart phone and ear buds connected by Bluetooth. I have found Spotify to be the best app so far to manage the podcasts. Some apps, not Spotify, turn off the sound when you close the phone cover, unless I am doing something wrong. I also found that, if you download the podcast, you don't use any mobile data during playback. This is important to me because I save money by not having a cell service with unlimited mobile data. Apparently, Spotify stores the downloaded podcasts in a hidden folder on your phone. I would be interested in knowing what apps others use for podcasts. I have a Samsung Android phone.
