Outside of the circle is the RIGHT lane right?
Lets now put in RIGHT LANE instead of OUTSIDE
EXITING: As you exit the roundabout, be aware of

roadway that may continue to circulate around the
roundabout.
Who is suppose to be aware of whom?
Reads to me that Left (inside) lane is about to exit and needs to be aware of the vehicles traveling in the Right (outside) lane.
