They suggested one similar to a Dreamcloud with cooling. Perfect, so we ordered it. The king size was shipped in a box. We rolled it into the bedroom and placed the shrink wrapped mattress on top of our box spring. I cautiously cut the protective wrapper off, expecting a sudden expansion/explosion. It acted more like a Thermarest, slowly expanding and unrolling. The first night it was great. The second night it was fully expanded and even better. This was 5-6 years ago. I still can’t believe they can shrink up a king mattress with a coil layer. Don’t be afraid to try one of the newer mattresses shipped in a box.
