Oh, how I would love to go to a place that will make an authentic Pizza Rustica for the Easter Holiday. I would camp out in front of an establishment that knew how to make crusty Italian bread and rolls.

I find this interesting, being I am from the Midwest. Pizza Rustica for Easter? What is Pizza Rustica? We have King Cake but I think that is for Mardi Gras. We have hot cross buns for Easter. I thought that the Deli inside of Toojays was really nice. I miss good German lunch meats and crusty breads from German bakeries that you can't get ANYWHERE anymore. Souse, Thuringer, you can still get Braunschweiger for lunch meat. I think other people call them cold cuts.
The Villages is such a great melting pot.
