Recently, my wife and I were caught out in a downpour. It was predicted, but we thought we could complete our trip before the heavens opened. Not to be. We discovered very quickly that the Evolution does NOT have a seal between the lower windshield panel and the cart body.

I searched on-line for some sort of weatherstripping to fill this gap. I think I’ve found something suitable; I haven’t installed it yet. (My wife didn’t like my idea of stuffing half of a pool noodle into the gap.)

Has anyone else addressed my problem on their Evolution cart? What solution did you use? Other model carts (Yamaha and Star) don’t have this problem; there is a weatherstrip at the bottom of the windshield of these carts. Other carts MIGHT have the strip too, but I didn’t check other brands.

Thanks for reading.
I bought a 6 ft Frost King Poly Foam pipe insulation from Lowe's for a couple of dollars. I don't recall what size (1/2 in or 1 in) I used but it fit perfectly. It works fine, but I am replacing it with a car door rubber seal strip (from Amazon) for a really tight seal and to make it look nicer. I haven't done this yet because it requires removing the windshield to get the strip in.
