Yes long wait times are the norm in our experience! Our Evolution has been out of commission for 2 months now.
Keep in mind the delay has not only been due to parts, but also Progressive insurance has never dealt with claims on an Evolution (such a new cart). Then there is the challenge to find someone to do the needed work. Hidden Carts is doing the work with delays due to vacations, parts, and the back and forth with insurance.
