Likewise, if someone chooses to break the speed limit and gets caught and fined then they have no right to complain - of course they think they are superb drivers and the law doesn't apply to them, but that's not the way it works, and we should all be grateful for that

Florida law allows police to ticket drivers who impede traffic by driving too slowly, especially in the left lane when others are trying to pass. This is considered a moving violation, and can result in fines and points on your license
And if you are only capable of driving a car 20 mph in a 45 mph zone, you need to turn in your drivers license. I'm pretty sure I was behind you today/
