Maybe "Paradise" is stretching it a bit, but it sure is a great place to live. It's beautiful, it's clean, there's lots to do, the air is clean (coming from CA, I appreciate that..
), there's a great fire and rescue department, lots of places to shop, the weather is pretty good most of the time, there are many things to see and do close to our community, to name just a few things. When grandkids visit, there's time to enjoy their company. Kids love it here, our children as well as our grandchildren.
We live among our peers, who understand some of the little "difficulties" we all experience as we age, people who have had many experiences in life, people who are willing to help their fellow man. Oh there are some who are "grouchy" but for the most part, everyone is friendly and helpful. Try stopping your golf cart and take out a map...lots of people will stop to help get you on your way to where you want to go....
It might not be paradise, but I enjoy it here.
It was a simple question. When you think about it, you'll have your answer...one doesn't just move to another locale without reason. Since most on TOTV live here, will or want to, there have to be many positives.
