Default Seco Energy Rate is more like 11cents per hwh and not 13.

IMHO you are overestimating the savings in costs:
1. The energy rate is only 11 cents per kwh not 13 at SECO The 13 cents rate include service etc.

2. The past month June is a very high cooling month. I have a spreadsheet covering the past year electrical energy costs for a 2800 sq. ft. designer. The average for past year is $99.5 per month and the heating/cooling average is $33 per month. June had 84$ cooling according to SECO breakdown. YMMV

3. IMHO you are over estimating electric energy saving by not using energy costs versus total bill include service charge and trying to use June as a typical month rather than using a calendar average rate over a whole year.

My guess is that your savings for June were more like $39 and the average over a whole year might be about 0.40x $39 = $15 to 16 per avg month.
