Add licensed to your requirements. IMHO, you can save a lot of money using the wall mounted cable systems sold at the big box stores as well as ACE. There are 2 versions metal and plastic, as I recall both are suitable for 120 volt cords/wiring. Also both have options to connect to the existing outlet and provide a surface mount (behind the TV) outlet. Both can be painted to match the wall.
NOTE: do not simply cut a hole in the wall and take the TV power cord through the wall to the outlet, this power cord is NOT rated for inside the wall installation.
