Article III, Section 2:

"The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed"

In other words, if the FBI arrests a sleeper cell in Buflo NY (remember that?), the trial should be held in New York.

The Sixth Ammendment:
"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, "

The Fourteenth Ammendment, Section 1:
" All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Domestic terrorists that are caught on U.S. soil are CLEARLY covered by the Constitution.
