It appears that Florida laws feel golf carts are motor vehicles (see FL Statute 316.003(29))
I would like to read the FL AG legal guidance to the City of Apopka as it contradicts long-standing guidance here in the Villages. However, I have not yet been able to find it. Can you provide a link?
