I use same day up north all the time. Prices show up in my Costco app. Here Costco is now 10.4 miles away.

When our kids visit they group order whatever they want have it delivered to our house. Prices are a few dollars different than shopping in Costco or Walmart+

I also saw the part where the few cents difference is the reason you use same day delivery from Costco and you only shop there if you are in the neighborhood.
Yep as I posted used same day ship Up North all the time. On-site 30 day call was good (first 2weeks) bad (third week) and ugly(last week) for food choices. So our small group of 6 out of the 40+people used Costco &Kroger same day.
In TV my same day will be need to supply food for unexpected visit, an illness, (flowers a good thing). Otherwise I am well organized for meals weeks at a time.

Our protein (meat) comes from family farm, eggs and fresh veggies from the local egg lady.
Now I have unofficially retired, life in TV is very different. I might grocery shop for small items, every 6+ weeks. Or if I am in the area, like Disney (Costco, Trader Joe’s) or Gainesville (Trader Joe’s, Whole Food) because it’s there
