Can someone explain to me WHO dreamed up the DIFFERENT DEED REQUIREMENTS for EACH village? Whose ideas were they in the first place? Initial purpose? Logic behind each? Need to do so? Benefit of such distinctions over the years? Statistical analysis of the continuance of any unsubstantiated need to continue REQUIREMENT of any arbitrary restriction? (i.e. requirements such as one exterior/trim paint (or roof) color for 100+ neighborhood homes? Stones v. grass? Live grass vs. artificial turf? Painted driveways vs. not allowed? There are probably dozens of other variations of DEED REQUIREMENTS that also have NO BASIS in fact for continuance - BUT THE EMPORER HAS NO CLOTHES!
