I received my notice in the mail, and it was worded far better. It’s said my maintenance assessment in 24-25 was $510.61. They are proposing a new assessment for 25-26 of $548.91. They then say the increase is $38.30.
There is a public hearing to discuss on September 4 at 3 pm.
I realize this increase is over 7%, but I am not going to sweat $38.30 over a year. This is a non-issue for me, and I hope for everyone. Good luck to all.
