The wood decking is very old and the splinters are getting really bad and the wood is warping bad as well causing a trip and fall issue. From what I heard, it will be changed to a composite type wood and last much longer, not warp and not get splinters and be a much safer environment and probably look a lot better than it does now. As far as who pays and who gets to enjoy it, all Villagers will be better off for it and as far as the so called outsiders I am sure that this is not being done on their behalf but they will also enjoy the new surroundings as well. If we stop worrying about the outsiders and think more along the line that we all benefit from this, we all will be better off for it. If you choose to decide not to go after the project is complete, the only one missing out is you!
