Default Amenity Fee Increase.
Just received our amenity fee increase. From $133.51 to $137.14. Any other numbers out there. Progression looks like this:

$125.00 2006
128.12 2007
133.37 2008
133.51 2009
137.14 2010

Any other numbers?

Still a great place to live.
