Default Vertical Blinds...changing fabric?
I'm doing a custom window treatment for a lady here in The Villages and she has some nice vertical blinds in her Villa that have white fabric on them. She would like to be able to just change out the fabric panels for a change in color, rather than replacing all the verticals. Does anyone know if this is possible and if so where she would inquire about purchasing them? Thank you.
