The greens for the most part were in bad condition. Adding to the bad conditions is the fact that many people don’t know how to walk on the greens . Lots of “drag” marks all over specially near the holes.
Tee boxes in not much better condition and the areas from tee to green had a lot of bare spots . Sadly , lots of bare spare around the greens too ! 😏
The course is playable but gets a C rating at best .

Took a lightning strike on the 19th of August. The upgraded IC irrigation system is definitely more sensitive. In addition the construction site near #7 green cut wire. It took a few days to walk and track where there were faults and then repair. Some areas had no overnight cycles. Only hand watering the next day.
