I have a house and a rental in Wisconsin. My northern exposure had moss, mold, and Algae on it. I used Wet & Foget on it. It's simple. Just spray it on with a simple pump spray or they have a hose end sprayer. Spray it on and wait for the rain to wash it all off. It works great. It's about as non-intrusive as possible.
