We were pretty lucky because we sold our home in NJ in 4 months. We will be buying a Court Yard Villa since we have two dogs. I have read all the newbie threads here so I have a pretty good general idea of things.
My concern is that my wife and I will be working full time, well at least 4 days a week, and will therefore not be able to do things during the day which may hinder making close friendships. Is there any sense of division between the fully retired and those of us still working?
My wife was more concerned about this than I was since I tend to concentrate on my business. When she voices her concerns I just remind her that at her age she will be the "young stuff" there.
