We walked along Kiesel Road looking for the HR office and could not find it. We finally found a living human, and he said the entrance to the HR office is not along Kiesel Road.
The building that contains the HR office is along Kiesel Road, but the actual entrance is on the other side of the building. He told us to follow a dirt path alongside the building, cut through a bunch of bushes, cut through a parking lot, and then we might find the actual entrance to the HR office.
