Naturally if you are getting high it’s a success…. That’s point. IMO those top%1 going to do what ever they want without risks of other 99%. Legal or illegal means nothing to them cause they got pocket full cash and lawyers. Joe average getting high has 1000 fold effect on them from other necessities suffering due to the craving, getting caught 1000% more costly to them. MJ IMO should be legalized cause laws making illegal has had NO effect of reducing usage. All law does make more convinced criminals.
