I wear Vionic shoes ( mostly their flip flops ALL the time ) they help tremendously.
What? "Morton's Toe has absolutely NOTHING to do with plantar fasciitis...

The "Graston Technique" is nothing more than a deep tissue massage, which "might help" a little bit...

The Vionic shoes are the only sound advice you gave...

That said, I'm sure I'll regret chiming in on this thread... I'M RETIRED!!!
