As long as don’t own ford 3 valve engine and required spark plugs design for those engines that break into leaving half plug in head, those are notorious for having around 4 threads in cylinder heads spark plug hole. Spark plug have blown out or broken off in head. IMO most cylinders heads don’t have problems ford 3 valves had?
In old days VW bug engines had similar problem if spark plugs wasn’t tight enough. They would work loose wear threads in head and pop out ruining threads in jug requiring insert in some cases.
