Perhaps the information from the warranty dept. is correct and not misinformation at all. On the other hand it will be difficult to save hundreds of homes if hundreds of homes are not being lost today. The scary stories being told only come up to about one home per month over the last 13 months.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
