No. The Claremont facility has 3 areas. There is a small showroom with a couple of models that people can sit in. This area is manned by a couple of people who primarily set people up for 30 minute test drives (they don't go out with them). There aren't any "sales people", sales managers, or finance people. They will help you order one through the Tesla app if you need assistance otherwise you just leave after a test drive. The vast majority of people are ordering the cars from home via the Tesla app. The second area is where you pick up your car. This area is manned by a few people who have you sign the paperwork, get your keys if you are trading in a car, and answer any questions before sending you on your way. Typically, you schedule an appointment time on the Tesla app to pick up your car and it is waiting for you. The third area is service and is the largest. This is manned by some service writers, who also set you up with a loner car. The rest of the folks are mechanics. This is a large area, and the largest of the three areas, as it services a large geography. There is also a waiting area if you are waiting for service as opposed to getting a loaner. If you are waiting in the service area, there aren't any sales people asking if you want to trade in your car.

However, they did just build a hugmoungous "brick and mortar" fancy showroom in Claremont, employing dozens of people. Of course a mega showroom isn't necessary to sit in a car or take a test drive. Seems counter productive, unless they are hoping for impulse buyers to pounce on, and of course it's more convenient than Orlando for repairs.
