A lady was floating near the steps listening to her music blasting from a nearby table. When we drifted closer to her, she demanded that I tell my grandchildren to be quiet because she couldn't hear her music and she trying to relax. Now, in this case, a family pool is designated for all members of families - including grandkids, right? She was totally out of place. I ignored her.

Pool rules clearly state the music should only be audible to the user, which I think is a bit much, but she's not complying with the rules. She should have a headset on. A gentle reminder of the actual rules usually ends those issues. I have seen the "pool police" stop a group of 3 from exercising in our adult pool by reminding them of the prohibition of organized exercise groups in other than sports pools.
