Hmm, So if I am hot and irritable from working on my shrubs and I want to cool down but I don't feel like socializing then the neighborhood pools are off limits?

If I just want to sit in a chair, read a book, and soak up some sun but not talk to anyone then I cannot do that at a neighborhood pool?

What if I vary my swimming times, could that then be considered a non-organized activity and permitted in the neighborhood pool?

What if no one will talk to me (it happens ), does that mean I have to get out of the pool because I am not participating in the socialization?

Or, maybe the neighborhood pools are for everyone over 30 and therefore cannot be "reserved" for group activities, either officially or unofficially. And yes, this absolutely means that lap swimming would be on a space-available basis and cannot preclude other activities in those pools.

Obvious overly literal interpretation of the rule solely for argumentative purpose.
