If it is appropriate to interpret the rule to say that swimming is not allowed because the pool is for socialization and swimming isn't socialization then how is it overly literal to interpret the rule to say that reading, sleeping, or standing alone are not allowed because the pools is for socialization those are not socialization?
Or maybe we can read the second half of the sentence and let others enjoy the pool as they wish.
