I've been to several neighborhood pools, and the country club pool, and so far have never been prevented from swimming laps. To me, that is enjoyment. It is my relaxation. And when I swim, my kicks make a splash. It's not a big splash, but if you're within 2 feet of my feet, you're likely to get a few drops of water on your shoulder. I try to keep MY distance from standers. But if you walk toward the general vicinity of the back of me after I've passed, don't expect your hair gel to protect your 'do from the water.
