Do you have a source for your insurance and taxes assertions? I believe insurance in Sumter is much less than the coastal counties and taxes appear to be among the 10 LOWEST in the state.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
Confirmation bias is real; I can find any number of articles that say so.
