As I understand it, if you have the Xfinity cable TV service that is connected by a cable to a cable box, you can watch the channels even if you don't have any in-house Internet service. The channels are delivered to the cable box via COAX cable.
If you have the Xfinity Internet service and cable TV, you can use the Xfinity Stream app via wifi to watch the TV channels. I would be interested to find out if both methods for watching TV have the same buffering issue. If so, it would seem to me that the problem is with the station, not Xfinity.
