An update as the original Poster. I received my yearly inspection for termites today. As usual no termites in the traps, no termites in the attic. This inspection is always scheduled the month before policy expiration. But this inspection was special. The inspectors first comment was "Did you hear the news about termites in The Villages? They are swarming in some areas. One woman parked her car in a lot and came out and found her car covered with termites.".
He went on to say even though you have no termites now, if you ever see even one call us for a free treatment.
Makes me wonder if somebody has a way to track this forum. Car covered with Termites. Give me a break. Must have been an old woody.
