The first reply I had on this post was from a guy claiming to be a Windows computer expert who helped 100s of people even some on TOTV. He asked me to click on his private chat for help, which I did. He had all kinds of questions about my problem. Then he started asking person questions (name, zip code, age, etc) that I didn't answer.. I closed the chat window.
About 30 minutes later his post was removed. Just Beware.
