We moved to The Village of Bonita in February, from The Village of Liberty Park and immediately, MY phone started dropping calls. I thought it was my phone so bought a new one...same thing...although my husband's worked fine. I went to the Verizon store and was told there were 3 towers that did not get re-hooked up when Verizon merged with AT&T in this area (Havana) and they were working on it. The store reprogrammed my phone to go to different towers and it has helped. The also put in a service call on my behalf and I got a phone call back from Verizon stating the same tower issue and that it would be fixed shortly. That was about a month ago
Service still not good in this area of TV. I can get in my car and go almost anywhere else and it's fine. Verizon said EVERYONE with this dropped call problem needs to put in a service ticket so the powers that be GET THE MESSAGE !!!!! VERY Frustrating.
