Default Upgraded termite protection?
Does anyone know if there is a need to upgrade termite protection to include "vulnerable wood in the attic"? According to our contractor the current coverage protects against subterranean termites but not 3 other types. Does anyone have any information/knowledge on this? Thanks in advance for any information.
