Hi y'all. Thank you for your replies, and it was good to learn there are fellow Virginians living at TV's. We live in Goochland County, VA, a very rural area midway between Richmond and Charlottesville. (Not too far from the Blue Ridge where The Waltons was filmed). We will be visiting TV's on the lifestyle plan, and I have high hopes of making a purchase while we are there. Its a great place and I've longed to live at TV's every since my first visit.
