Thanks Allen
Allen,
I have a 2000 Astro Van back in Michigan with 80,000 miles on it and it’s still running strong. I finished our basement there and everything but the bulk of the dry wall came home in that van and it still looks great. I plan on keeping it for as long as I can. And you’re right. it is different from any thing else.
We’ve leased a 2006 Town and Country and then when the gas prices went over $4 our next lease was a 2008 Mazda 5, which is kind of a mini van (it has sliding doors). We love the Mazda, but the lease is up
in May and for around $1,000 more than a new Mazda 5 I could buy a Sedona.
By the way, I retired form Ford and get a discount but they don’t have a van in the price or size of a Sedona. I also looked into extending the warranty to equal Kia and it would cost round $1,000. Ford and GM have given up on the mini van segment and it doesn’t leave me with much of a choice.
