Personally, I think watching golf is one step below watching grass grow. However, I've followed Tiger's career since his college days (us military brats have to stick together). His morals are his own -- the only ones who should be concerned are his family. The idolization of athletes, actors and other personalities is just plain stupid. We should admire and respect their talent, their personal demons are just that -- personal.
So, yes, I will continue to be happy when Tiger wins a tournament and, at the same time, saddened that it has to be contaminated by his bad judgment. I'd be much happier never having known about his infidelities. Whether I like it or not, I know about them. They lessen him as a man, but not as an athlete.
