Air Conditioner Replacement
Just had our air conditioner replaced today in our 11-year old courtyard villa. I can highly recommend Optimum Air Conditioning, LLC in Ocala. Owner, Juan, and his two employees did an excellent, professional job. All three were very careful about wearing booties when they came into the home and all were personable and courteous. This is one guy who knows the air conditioning business and we will retain him when it comes time for our annual service. And, if you are on the fence as to whether or not to replace an older unit THIS year, keep in mind that there is a 30% tax credit when you file your taxes next year. THAT is a sizable amount of money.
