Most people will champion their neighborhood as the best when truth be known, they are all good places, nice people, good amenities!
My suggestion is to come for a life style vist to make sure it's the place for you
(can't imagine it won't be) then decide:
- What kind of home you want - house or villa; frame or block.
- What kind of lot you want - Golf course or corner, street, another house behind, or wall / greenery in back yard.
- Do you want new home (new neighborhood=everyone new with few prior groupings) or existing home with mature growths and everything upgraded?
- What do you want to be near - One of the squares, Rec. center with pool, away from pickleball courts or near golf??
Once you decide, just pick and buy! Hard to go wrong here.
