I disagree with the above as it applies to TV (or any where else) where the residents are NOT using the round about properly. You could have two drivers doing the wrong thing in a round about and exceed the capacity per the presented definition.
The problem is not the round abouts or the concept. It is the over whelming abuse by the drivers of the intention. Some don't know...some use them correctly....and way too many just don't care and do what they please.....just like the guy who hit me in one.
They should offer a safe driving in TV course for all residents....just offer a free lunch and the place will be over subscribed....continuosly
