I'm disappointed to see these comments about Don's Golf Carts. I have done business with Ed at Don's for years and just got off of the phone with him. He has always been fair with both sales and service. When he first started to sell the Alumacar line he let me used one for a couple of days. I was quite impressed and if I were in the market for a new cart I would put it on my list. He did tell me about the front tire issue a while ago and that it was being resolved.

As far as floriri's comment, "a cheap greedy dealer who does not care about building new jobs in America or starting a thriving business", I think you are way off base. He has been in business for years and has obviously created jobs in the local area. (He opened his second location last year.) Maybe he doesn't have the shinny showroom you expected but don't always judge a book by the cover. (There are some great restaurants in South Phili that are nothing more than a hole in the wall.)

As far as the delivery. "delivered when we conveniently weren't home"? Do you really think they drove around waiting for you to leave? I mentioned the detailing to Ed and he admitted he has had some issues with his staff's attention to detail when preparing a cart for delivery. BTW, a good friend of mine just bought a new EZ-Go, but the first thing he told me about it was it was delivered dirty.

Anyway, as I mentioned earlier, after reading this I called Ed and he was genuinely concerned about these comments and I hope no one else has issues like those mentioned above. I recommend calling Ed personally to get your issues resolved.

For the record I am just a customer of Don's Golf Carts. I don't own it, Ed and I aren't old buddies, etc. The reason for my response is my total satisfaction with his sales and service.
