I frankly came into the site to remove my prior comments as they were unjust and saw your message. I am still learning about the Alumacar and panicked unnecessarily as all issues are being addressed and reasonable solutions were suggested. I owe my apology to Ed as welll as I anticipated a battle when addressing customer service issues and I didn't have one. I jumped the gun. With the suggested changes, we think we'll really enjoy our Alumacar cart.
