There is only one lot. It's a golf course lot in Pennecamp. We are trying to decide whether to build a wood or CBS home on it.
Now you have brought up another good question: If the home does get hit by golf balls will that damage the siding on the wood home?
Again, if the lot is the same, which would you pick, wood or CBS?
