So there is a thread about homes on streets and now one about homes on golf courses. My question is about water view homes.
I have read about the problems that could exist with alligators
and possibly the water drying up.
Well, while we were looking at homes, a Realtor said to be careful about the water and smell? stench??? They indicated that some of the ponds can get quite smelly especially in the summer when they get low in level.
Is that true? Does anyone have any experience with this?
