A gesture of peeing and pooping implies it is intentional and repeated. I don't justify either. That was not my point.

When your neighbor walks by with their puppy, instead of worrying about brown spots, be friendly, ask them about their companion.. the one they probably deeply love.....
and that is how friendships, not wars, are born. Which do you really want?
