Once a week, early AM, 30 minutes a zone, unless zone is very big or very small which would require a little more or less time.

You really should have someone check the home weekly. And oversee all those items. To many things can go wrong that not checking will cause lots of issues. Water leaks, AC failure, bugs, etc.
